Changed your mind?

• You can cancel within 14 days of the day your GripLink arrives, for any reason. Email griplinkcontroller@gmail.com with your order number, or use the form below.
• Send it back within 14 days of telling us. We'll reply with the return address. You pay the return postage; we recommend a tracked service.
• We refund everything you paid us, including standard delivery, within 14 days of you telling us, to your original payment method. We may wait until the unit is back with us or you send proof of postage.
• Please return it complete with the loom and guide. If it comes back damaged, incomplete, or worn beyond what's needed to check it works, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
• Pre-orders: cancel any time before it ships for a full refund. If we can't ship within the lead time we gave you, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Outside the EU: import VAT or duty you paid to a courier isn't paid to us, so we can't refund it.

Faulty or not as described?

• Tell us and we'll put it right free of charge, postage included.
• Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund. After that we'll repair or replace it, and if that isn't possible or doesn't fix it, you can have a price reduction or a refund.
• These are your legal rights under Irish and EU consumer law. They last up to 6 years from purchase, and in the first year a fault is presumed to have been there from delivery.
• Not faults: damage from incorrect fitting, accidents, or water getting in through a damaged case; the unit being opened or modified, or firmware not from GripLink being installed; normal wear on your car's coupling, prop shaft, rear differential or tyres from using the locked modes.
